About Booking

OUR PRICES INCLUDES:

  • Full third party insurance
    This insurance covers the damage you inflict on third parties with your car.
    This damage can be either material or physical.
  • Fire, theft and vandalism insurance
    Covers the costs in case of theft, fire or vandalism of the rental car. ATVs/Quads are excluded from theft insurance and the person renting it is responsible to cover the full amount of the excess (1800€)
  • Personal accident insurance
    It provides compensation to the authorized driver(s) and passengers in the event of injury,
    disability or death caused by accidental events.
  • Collision damage waiver insurance
    Covers damage to the rental car in case of an accident with a third party on the public roads with 900€ excess for budget, economy and automatic economy category cars. 1100€ excess for the other categories. 1500€ excess for luxury suv, Luxury Roadster, Luxury Cabrio Automatic, Automatic Estate,  7 seater and 9 seater mini buses. 1800€ for ATVs/Quads & 2000€ for the Automatic Hot Hatch category.
  • Additional driver (3rd or more drivers 5 € each per day)
  • Unlimited kilometers on all vehicles including ATVs/Quads
  • Delivery to/from the airport Airport pick up and drop off is complementary and can be refused at any time depending on a busy work schedule (any other location all over the island is possible at an extra cost of 20 € for drop off and/or collection)
  • 1 baby/infant/booster seat (extra seat/s is/are available for 5 € per day each)
  • Helmet(s) up to 2 per ATV/Quad
  • 24 hours road assistance strictly for our customers who opted for our the insurance
  • All TAXES & Fees including 24% VAT

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

  • No risk warranty
    Cover the excess of the CDW insurance: 9 – 20 €/day (category dependable) – The excess drops to 100€ in any exterior car body damage such as headlights, tailights, fire, theft (excluding ATVs & Quads), mirrors, glasses and full body. (Interior damage, Wheels, Tyres and underbody carriage are not covered in any vehicle and in any case). Driving any vehicle including ATVs/Quads & Jeeps off road will void our insurance agreement.

THE BOOKING PROCESSION

You send us your booking inquiry via our inquiry form with the price shown below, we reply in under 24 hours about the availability.
If you accept our offer then we send you confirmation email with all necessary information you need regarding the car collection.
For your booking we do not request or require any deposit or credit/debit card pre-authorization.

NO DEPOSIT NEEDED

When you proceed booking via our official website on the internet, you do not need any deposit or credit/debit card details to proceed and complete your online reservation.

WAY OF PAYMENT

You will pay upon arrival (the whole amount) by cash, debit/credit card, IRIS or even crypto. In some cases, mainly for long duration bookings with a large total, a deposit may be required that can be paid by bank transfer, Paypal, IRIS, Crypto transfer or Revolut.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, please do so at least 3 days before the start of the rental period by email or phone. For large bookings that deposit was required please note that a 50% cancelation fee of the total of the deposit will be held.
